Organic "Classico" Wine Tasting with Lunch on Vesuvius

We ended up here on a whim after missing the bus to hike up Vesuvius. Ubered there but found out later there is a free shuttle from the station (which they kindly took us back on after waiting for us!) The wine was amazing, the food was delicious, the tasting was the perfect length and relaxed atmosphere, and everyone who worked there was so lovely (especially our good friend Helga- the best guide!) And Bob the dog was a of course a highlight as well. All in all a wonderful experience and the perfect way to spend the afternoon.

We had a magical experience! After visiting Pompeii, we were picked up by the vineyard's shuttle and brought to this beautiful winery. The staff and family were amazing hosts and made the experience fun and informative. The tour, wine tasting, lunch, and views were incredible! Thank you for this fabulous experience!

The most welcoming, wonderful visit from the moment you arrive. The most breathtaking views and staff and friendly and knowledgeable. We had the most gorgeous paring lunch and the wine is just outstanding! They offer a short tour before you sit down for lunch and it was such a lovely experience!!

This was a relaxing end to our Pompeii tour that showcased 5 wines for tasting. You had the choice of “classic” or signature wines for the tasting. We also had a chance to sample the house made olive oil, which was yummy! The vineyard was unique as it’s organic and does not use sulfates. I personally am not a connoisseur, so I was not especially wowed by the wine. However, some in my group appreciated the sulfate free wine and bought it as gifts. The view from the rooftop of the winery was also picturesque, adding to the atmosphere.
