Sorrento Flats

We had fantastic time staying here for two nights. The place is beautiful, clean, and has a great dining area for breakfast. Luigi the owner is simply amazing. From the video showing how to get to the hotel from the port, till our departure when he walked with us a block just to show us the way to the train station. Superb location in Sorrento allowed us to explore everything by foot and take a ferry to Capri. Highly recommended for a stay in Sorrento.

I highly recommend this hotel. First, before we ever checked-in, we worked closely with Luigi - the proprietor - to book nearby excursions, including a great boat trip to Capris, travel between Naples and Sorrento (via the Amalfi Coast!), and even helped us secure a driver last-minute when the local train system went on strike. Luigi went above and beyond and made our trip incredibly memorable. The room was comfortable, clean, and in close proximity to all the action in Sorrento. Breakfast was good, too, with fruit always on offer throughout the day. Can't recommend this place enough.

There could not be a better location to experience the magic of Sorrento! Located in the midst of the shopping and dining district of historic Sorrento, It is a wonderful thing to walk out your front door and begin to wander the various alleys and small passages for shopping, eating or to just go and the enjoy the views of Vesuvius. Luigi is not only an excellent host but a wealth of information concerning dining, tours and various transportation options. He is incredibly responsive from the moment you book yourself on line to when you finally arrive! Our modern room was fantastic...and very quiet considering where you are located! The owners have consistently worked to keep the hotel updated and in excellent working order. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, great air conditioning, modern windows to keep any outside noise...out! The bathroom is spacious with plenty of towels, The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. Our room had a small balcony which fit 2 chairs and overlooked a lovely court yard below. Breakfast was a great selection of cereal, breads, pastries, fruit and, of course, excellent cappuccinos! You couldn't find a better location to spend your days and nights!

My friend and I had a great stay at Sorrento flats! The location is very central, yet still quiet enough at night to sleep. The rooms had everything we needed - they even had available a steamer and an iron for our wrinkled travel clothes. It’s difficult to find not-hard beds in Europe but Sorrento flats had comfy ones. Luigi the owner helped me to plan our week in Sept since our booking way back in June via WhatsApp. He was extremely responsive at all times of day and had excellent suggestions and connections to local restaurants, tours, and beach club that really made our experience VIP! It was like having a travel guide built-in to the experience. His family and other staff were also kind and helpful and so accommodating for us. They made us breakfast, helped with luggage, kept our rooms spotless, and even helped with local weather apps for more accurate planning. I’d recommend it to anyone going to Sorrento!
